Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide an outstanding and pleasant experience to our guests
- Welcome and safely guide customer vehicles into the wash tunnel
- Uphold the company image of cleanliness and neatness
- Educating and assisting customers with purchasing car washes, memberships, and wash books
- Follow company processes and procedures
Job Requirements:
- 2 plus years of customer service experience
- Be a team player
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Stay active by working outdoors in changing temperatures and weather conditions
- Must know how to take initiative- Self-Starter
- Strong sense of ethics and integrity
- No car washing experience necessary
