We are seeking a General Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management team of a restaurant. The successful candidate will be committed to delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales and profits while maintaining the brand's unique positioning and values.

Responsibilities:

• Consistently provide high-quality products and services to ensure customer satisfaction
• Create and maintain an environment where the customer is always right
• Understand and execute all policies, procedures, and training programs
• Respond promptly to customer concerns and correct potential problems before they affect guests
• Hire and train high-quality employees to ensure consistent customer satisfaction
• Maintain the restaurant at the company's standard for quality, service, and cleanliness
• Utilize labor effectively to meet budgets while ensuring high-quality service
• Continuously improve the skills, knowledge, and morale of all employees through training programs and development opportunities
• Prepare qualified employees for promotion and evaluate their performance based on clear standards and expectations
• Maximize financial performance and profit by executing the business plan, fiscal responsibilities, and marketing programs
• Ensure business and personnel practices are within the law and consistent with policies and procedures
• Uphold food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements to ensure the health and safety of customers and employees
• Administer prompt, fair, and consistent corrective action for any violations of company policies, rules, and procedures

• Cost accounting, developing budgets, financial planning and strategy, decision-making, process improvement, strategic planning, verbal communication, customer focus, management proficiency, managing profitability

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
