Fast paced restaurant chain specializing in great burgers, hot dogs, etc., and ice cream creations is seeking a General Manager/Managing Partner.

Responsibilities of the Restaurant General Manager/Managing Partner

· Proactively manage operations including; inventory, food and beverage management, labor, and security, as well as ensuring brand standards/policies & procedures are followed

· Deliver superior guest services and ensure customer satisfaction

· Prepare reports for staff, food control, and sales

· Create and execute plans for department sales, profit and staff development

Requirements of the Restaurant General Manager/Managing Partner

· 2 years or more Restaurant Management Experience

· Basic knowledge of HR responsibilities such as hiring, training and termination of employees

· Must maintain the highest food quality and cleanliness standards

· Hands-on management style

· Passionate about the hospitality industry

· Great Customer Focus

· Good Food Production Skills

· Current driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
