We are a franchisee of Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, a popular fast-food chain specializing in Southern-style fried chicken and Cajun cuisine. Our restaurant is located in Perris, California and we are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to help us manage daily operations and provide exceptional service to our customers. This position pays up to $70,000 per year.

Job Overview:

The General Manager will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, inventory management, and financial performance. This position is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality are maintained at all times. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is committed to providing a welcoming and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, inventory management, and financial performance

Manage and train staff, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards

Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Monitor and evaluate customer feedback to ensure high levels of satisfaction

Manage inventory and ordering to maintain appropriate levels of supplies and minimize waste

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant

Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability

Ensure compliance with all local and state regulations related to the food service industry

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management

Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred

Strong leadership and team management skills

Passion for providing exceptional customer service

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Knowledge of inventory management and financial reporting

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
