Gift Shop Manager

The primary purpose of your job position is to supervise the operation of the Gift Shop in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and as may be directed by the administrator, to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times. The Gift Shop Manager reports directly to the Director of Volunteer Services.

Plan, organize and supervise the operation of the Gift Shop.

Work hours 9am-530pm, Monday - Friday / Every other Saturday 10am-2pm

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in training Gift Shop Volunteer Staff.

Maintain appropriate records of Gift Shop Sales.

Follows established rules and regulations of the facility.

Promotes interest in the Gift Shop to residents, families, staff and the community.

Responsible for purchasing LMCEC Gift Shop merchandise.

Education Requirements

High School diploma.

Must possess effective skills in leadership and communication.

Must possess knowledge in operation of gift shop either through courses or experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.28 - $17.07 per hour
