Position Title: GMP Operative

Location: Client Site

Overall Purpose of the Job

The Soft Services Cleaning Operative will work in the efficient and effective cleaning service in accordance with contractual obligations and company policy and standards.

Main duties and responsibilities

• To follow cleaning schedule requirements while maintaining a culture of compliance, safety and innovation
• To follow all Standard Operation Procedures (SOP).
• To ensure that all documentation and logbooks entries are completed as Good Documentation Practice (GDP).
• To Ensure that Safety procedures: Risk Assessment Method Statement (RAMS), Safe Plan of Actions (SPA) and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements for specific tasks are followed.
• To ensure training records are up to date.
• Flexibility and ability to work day/night shift, 12 hr. day.
• To control and clean the use of cleaning equipment and communicate all issues (repairs or renewal of equipment) to the GMP Supervisor.
• To carry out stock checks on equipment, materials and consumables as required and inform the supervisor.

Required Qualification(s) and Desired Experience

• Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) knowledge preferable.
• Communication skills
• Flexibility required for the role
• Good written and reading English
• Accountable and self-motivated
