Jacobs Entertainment is currently in search of a “Slot Services Representative” for Gold Dust West Elko. This property features a modern interior with the latest slot machines and table games including Blackjack, Craps, and 3-Card Poker. Across the parking lot is our 80-room Hampton Inn featuring Wi-Fi, a swimming pool, fitness center and a hot breakfast for all guests.

Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist Slot Club Reps by working closely with the patrons
• Be familiar with all current and upcoming special events, promotions and entertainment as well as all casino activities
• Assist in marketing promotions
• Performs additional duties as requested by the Slot Supervisor, Slot Manager or MOD on shift if needed
• Maintain the slot areas and insure that the machines are in working order
• Load tickets, keep areas clean of garbage and dirty ashtrays
• Other tasks as needed
• Take jackpot photos and forward them to the Marketing Manager

Skills, Education and Other Requirements

• Must be fluent in English
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, gaming documents and troubleshooting manuals.
• Must have strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to work well with others and under stressful conditions.
• Computer skills.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.

• Registered with Nevada Gaming Control Board
