Kratos is excited to add a Government Contracts Administrator II to the team. This position manages all of the Customer portals (such as Exostar), downloads POs from the portals to send to the Contracts Managers for review. This position is also responsible for filling the Customer Reps and Certs, Supplier / Vendor documentation forms, and Non-Disclosure Agreements. This position is also responsible for downloading any RFQ’s from Customer portals and uploading our quote / bid into the customer portals. This position also books a small portion our PO’s in our internal systems (SharePoint, Epicor and Salesforce).

This position works closely with the rest of the contracts team and also with the Sales team.
Experience and Skills:

Our Government Contracts Administrator II will have strong organizational skills, ability to resolve issues with little oversight, research minded, and contract administration skills.

Competitive salary based on experience and education
Salary Range: $63,000-$82,000
