Job description

The purpose of this post is to provide administration support to the Pre-Assessment Team.

Essential Criteria:

  • Successfully achieved a Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification within the QQI Framework or have achieved a minimum Level 5 QQI qualification.
  • Have at least two years’ administrative experience.
  • Excellent computing and database skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook and other related packages

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience of general office procedure
  • Previous experience in a hospital setting
  • Experience of Ipms (patient information systems)
  • Have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a very busy department.
