Job description
The Graduate Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective design solutions for key DPD Ireland business projects across all departments and throughout the network.
This role will involve the design and production of communications collateral, such as keynote presentations, posters, social media content, internal communications, and PR materials. The Graphic Designer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all design projects align with DPD's brand guidelines and meet the needs of the business.
Responsibilities
- Provide graphic design and professional support to DPD Ireland across all departments and throughout the network.
- Design and deliver communications collateral, including keynote presentations, posters, social media content, internal communications, and PR materials.
- Create new artwork and graphics that are visually engaging and follow best practice and current trends in user experience.
- Ensure that all collateral reinforces the brand and provides consistent look and feel”
- Conceptualise, produce, and edit video and motion graphic content and campaigns, maintaining production quality and creativity to high standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Proficiency in the primary Adobe CC applications as well as a good understanding of Keynote.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and how to create graphic content that drives engagement.
- Creative flare and forensic attention to detail
- Extremely organised while being flexible and adaptable
- Proactive with an efficient approach to heavy workloads
- Positive attitude and growth mindset
- Strong portfolio showcasing their design work and ability to communicate their design process
- Be creative and passionate about design.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Eager to learn new skills and develop your knowledge base.
- Interested in keeping abreast of new design trends and seeing how these will influence the business.
