Our Programme
Our three-year Graduate Programme will allow you to experience the diverse and unique work we’re involved in.
  • You’ll be able to make a difference by participating in activities like contributing to the development of policies, procedures and frameworks, such as how we regulate firms or how we run our organisation, assisting in the supervision of financial institutions or supporting the screening and transmission of data to aid this supervision and reporting.
  • You will be able to select one of three streams to specialise in, depending on your interest and career aspirations including Data, Digital and Technology, Supervision, Policy and Risk or Actuarial. More information is available on each of these streams via the below link.
  • During the programme, you’ll participate in a number of rotations, which will accelerate your development – allowing you to improve your technical and interpersonal skills through meaningful and challenging work.
