About Your New Job

• You will ensure the Food Safety HACCP plan is adhered to at all times
• You must conduct product, process, packaging and hygiene checks
• You will be responsible for the completion of quality documentation
• All non-conformances to be dealt with adequately
• You will be expected to ensure quality standards are maintained with respect to procedures, documentation control.
• Ensure that all irregularities are reported.
• Assisting with customer and regulatory visits and BRC/Customer audits.
• Reports to the Quality Manager
• Assist in the upkeep and maintenance of internal and external standards
• Ensure that the site is maintained at the highest level of hygiene

What Skills You Need

• Diploma/Degree in any related Discipline
• Training/Educational Opportunities are provided
• Previous experience in quality is desirable but not essential
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
• Strong IT Skills, knowledge of Microsoft Excel Essential. SAP an advantage.
