When a family is in crisis, Bridges is there to offer support by providing respite and host homes for children in our community. Children visit respite homes for several hours after school or on weekends to enjoy the benefit of a nurturing family. Children live in host homes when simply visiting is not enough.
The Grants Manager will be responsible for overseeing the submission of grant proposals and the evaluation of funding opportunities in order to apply for and acquire grant funding. We are looking for an experienced Grants Manager with a strong understanding of the specific needs of our clients. The successful candidate will be able to identify opportunities to improve our company's outreach, develop strategies that promote future growth, and effectively manage the process of applying for grants on behalf of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Review and process grant applications.
- Identify new sources of revenue.
- Maintain partnerships with funding agencies.
- Ensure that grant administration is carried out in accordance with legal requirements and funding agency policies.
- Participate in the development and implementation of strategic plans.
- Review and evaluate program performance data, and make recommendations to enhance programs.
- Query funding sources.
- Identify funding opportunities.
- Research funding requirements.
- Work with other personnel to develop proposals.
- Analyze information.
