POSITION: Graphic Art Designer

OVERVIEW: Lead creative development and execution of all graphic design elements, utilizing Anheuser-Busch designated design software and adhering to all state and local beverage laws. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing.

SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, analyze and create effective visual solutions to obtain company marketing objectives
• Fluency Anheuser-Busch designated software CorelDraw
• Key knowledge of printing and production methods, layout principles and esthetic design concepts
• Familiarity and compliance with state and local laws, specifically in regards to local beverage laws
• Ability to translate client business requirements, user needs and technical capabilities into designs that are visually exciting, easy to use and emotionally engaging
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction
• Produce promotional displays, brochures, window signs, banners, table tents, posters, buttons, flyers, stickers, tap markers, light boxes, display enhancers, ceiling danglers, special event promotional material, designed, cut, peeled and adhered outdoor and etched glass vinyl
• Coordinate editing, reformatting, cost estimating and print production
• Establish and comply with production time lines
• Ability to meet the constraints of cost, time and client while maintaining production quality and creativity, customizing point of sale material for Lee, Collier, Charlotte and Hendry Counties.
• Responsible for ordering of supplies and materials while adhering to annual department budgetary goals
• Responsible for Staff recruitment, selection, training and development
• Adhere to all company standards, guidelines, policies and procedures
• Any other tasks that are associated with the position, as deemed necessary by your direct supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Graphic Design or creative experience equivalent
• Strong project management skills and capability of leading cross-functional initiatives while being equally comfortable working independently with minimal staff support
• Written and verbal communication, time management and organizational skills required to excel in this position
• Proficiency in CorelDraw Suites or knowledge of Adobe Illustractor (Similiar to CorelDraw)
• Willingness to commit to stringent timeframes and ensure project completion
• Project professional image at all times

Experience:

• Adobe Illustrator: 1 year (Preferred)
