General Summary:
About the role
You will work in Qualcomm's Adreno GPU team in one or more design areas: process technology evaluation, power delivery networks, clocking solutions, customized standard cells, arrays and sensors, structured datapath design. The person will interact will several cross functional teams across different geographies to deliver state of the art customized solutions for the GPU cores.
Skills and Experience we would love to see
You should have a minimum of 4 years of custom design experience in the latest process technology in areas like GPU and CPU. This includes:
- High performance circuit design
- Low power circuit techniques
- Synthesis and P&R experience
- Latest Process technology knowledge
- ALU/FPU design experience
- Structured/Customized Datapath design experience
- Custom cell design like flip-flops, adders, sensors, memories, register files
Education Requirements
Required: Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Engineering
Preferred: Master's in Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Engineering

Qualcomm Cork, a greenfield site based in the beautiful harbour city of Cork opened its doors in August 2013 and has been growing ever since across our QCT Engineering, OneIT and HR teams.
The Cork QCT engineering team is continuing to expand. Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of ASIC design, verification, or related work experience.
Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of ASIC design, verification, or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Science, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of ASIC design, verification, or related work experience.
