Win Gardens, LLC is hiring entry-level greenhouse general laborers to help assist with day-to-day greenhouse tasks at our 1-acre facility in Fruita, Colorado. The greenhouse general laborer position consists of responsibilities assigned by the site general manager. The job starts Wednesday, March 1st.

Hours
8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday through Friday

● 15-minute paid coffee break at 10:00 a.m.
● 30-minute unpaid lunchbreak at 12:30 p.m.

Pay
$15/hr

Main Responsibilities
Standard duties that come with working in a production greenhouse:

-Transplant fragile plants
-Space pots within the greenhouse
-Assemble and disassemble growing carts
-Load and unload pots/plants/flats
-Keep the site clean, organized, and free of trash and personal belongings
-Maintain the weeds and other landscaping duties as assigned
-Other greenhouse-related duties as assigned

Please note, in order to do this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to; moving mechanical parts; outside weather conditions; and extreme heat/wind/cold. The noise level in the work environment is moderate. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. We will provide all reasonable accommodations to perform the job including, gloves and safety glasses.
