Job description

This position consist of working with a barbecue food vendor starting in the Spring, Summer and Fall. The hours are never the same because the person hired will be smoking & grilling large amounts of meat on a huge grill (which you will be trained to use) for festival events and catering which are held at different times and locations. The grill person will be responsible for setting up their own station, cleaning, seasoning meat, in preparation to be grilled and served to customers. This person is responsible for cleaning their own station when the event is finished. Often times this person is done working before any of the other employees because you will start earlier. You will be trained in this position. Events are often held in other cities than where you live, so Uncle Wayne's will assist with gas expenses up to $.55 cents per mile.
