Job description
Sealed Air Corporation, located in Ayer, Massachusetts, is seeking a Metal Grinder with exceptional work ethics to fill our current 1st shift opening, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday – Friday.
The qualified candidates must be able work from written and verbal instructions under minimal supervision. Our ideal team members must possess a solid work history with the willingness to learn our manufacturing processes.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Experience in using hand-grinding tools
- Experience working with grinding Cold Roll and Stainless Steel
- Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
- Accomplish organization goals by exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Experience
- Experienced in using hand-grinding tools
- Experience working with grinding Cold Roll and Stainless Steel
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Experience in metal finishing preferred; will train
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
