The Grooming Industry is a fast-growing and in need of passionate, pet-loving people, who are interested in a career working with pets. You’ll be working hands-on in our grooming salon accompanied by an online curriculum designed by top educators in the industry.

Job Responsibilities:
- Completing online training in the designated timeframe
- Communicate effectively with team members and grooming coach and Paragon mentor
- Working with dogs of all breeds and sizes
- Participating in daily/monthly salon cleanings and maintenance
Qualifications:
- No experience necessary
- Excellent time management skills
- Work a flexible schedule with some evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
About Pet Supplies Plus
LH Mercantile, LLC is a franchisee of Pet Supplies Plus that currently has 14 locations throughout the Chicago suburbs and Northwest Indiana. We provide curbside pickup, delivery/autoship services as well as self-service dog washes and full-service grooming salons. We offer an array of pet foods, supplies and accessories for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, fish and small animals. However, we’re mostly proud of our knowledgeable team, who love pets and are eager to help pet parents.
Pay: $13 - $14 / hour
