Job Highlights
The
Maintenance/Groundskeeper is responsible for assuring properties are generally clean and maintained. Duties include: lawn maintenance, weeding, watering, mowing, trimming, planting, fertilizing, raking and assuring all other property is in good condition.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll do a lot of great things in this role, but the key responsibilities you can expect to perform on a regular basis include:
- Planting, pruning, and trimming bushes and trees
- Planting and maintaining flower beds
- Weeding, watering, and fertilizing plants, trees, shubs
- Grass cutting and other lawn maintenance needs
Qualifications
We have high expectations of our employees and want you to be a major contributor to our success. What we need from you is:
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment including, but not limited to, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, repetitive kneeling, squatting, and bending
- Professional and mature presentation
