Job description

Responsibilities:

• Perform minor fixes such as repairing water hydrants, electrical boxes, breakers, plugs, etc.
• Grounds upkeep - Mowing lawn, weed eating, etc.
• Report to facility manager for issues
• Maintain upkeep on filters in office and all equipment used (lawn mowers, weed eaters, etc.)
• Will be trained in dispensing propane

Requirements:

• Experience in Lawn Care
• Must have basic Knowledge of HVAC, plumping and electrical systems
• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical stamina and dexterity
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation

Starting Pay: $16.00/Hour

Hours: Monday-Friday and every other Saturday 8am - 5pm with an hour lunch. The weekends that you work Saturday, you will be On-Call.
