Group Fresh Food Manager - Dublin Retail Group

Our Client, a small but growing Retail Group based in Dublin, is seeking an experienced Fresh Food Manager to join their senior management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of the fresh food in multiple stores & outlets within the group. You will lead & support the team in the execution of the fresh food strategy all across the business. This is an exciting role for an experienced Retail Fresh Food Manager; or may suit an experienced Hospitality Manager or Exec Head Chef, with retail experience, who is looking to improve their work/life balance. An excellent package is available for the right candidate.

The Candidate:

• Previous multi-outlet management experience in a retail fresh food environment preferred

• Sound knowledge and passion for food

• Strong people skills/team skills are essential for this role
• A positive, can-do attitude and dedication to going above and beyond
• Excellent communication, customer care, people management skills and the ability to influence change
• Excellent planning, organizational, and leadership skills
• Committed to continually improving standards & delivering great customer experiences in a busy environment
• Must have a strong understanding of financials and Health & Safety Requirements
• Ability to work on their own initiative and add value to our teams
• Ability to work under pressure; High energy and enthusiasm

• Proficient with Excel & other software

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Senior Leadership capability with experience and drive to work cross-functionally to achieve results
