We are currently hiring full-time Wellness Coordinators to manage patient interactions, including processing new patients, finalizing sales conversations, and working alongside the doctor to ensure a elevated customer experience. You’ll get to know some great people in this position, and while there are more than 800 locations nationwide, each individual clinic has its own unique vibe representing the neighborhood it’s in.

We have 8 locations from Nashville to Murfreesboro, so we’re a convenient option for most candidates. Our focus is taking great care of our patients, taking great care of our team, and having lots of fun doing it. Compensation
· Starting rate of $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
· Bonuses range from $2,000 - $6,000 per year, paid out monthly
· Employees receive a free membership for weekly chiropractic care valued at $950 per year.

Available Shifts
· Full Shifts Weekdays 9:30a - 7:15p | Weekends 9:30a to 4:15p
· Lunch Break 2:15 - 2:45p (Weekdays Only)
· Must be available for 1 weekend day
· Consistent schedule. We work diligently to schedule reasonable time-off requests.

Preferred Skills

· Guest Services experience providing excellent customer service
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to listen and validate patient concerns, then referring those concerns to internal staff for further support

· Able to lift up to 50 pounds

Pay: $37,231.00 - $40,286.00 per year
