Grand Prix New York is the premier destination for family fun. Offering Ninja/Obstacle/Rock Wall course, all-electric throw start go-kart racing, huge state-of-the-art arcade, full bar and restaurant, 19-lane bowling, live music, axe throwing, and party spaces. As a Guest Service Ambassador, you will work in multiple guest service areas, which include bowling, redemption, and the front desk. You will also help with cleaning and stocking arcade redemption.

You must be positive, outgoing, love working with people and kids, present yourself well, and be comfortable with computers.

YOUR JOB:

• Help our guests check in and pay for activities and have a great time
• Learn how to operate our reservation systems and arcade system
• Be engaging, friendly, and outgoing to our guests
• Follow protocols and rules regarding guest problem resolution

REQUIRED:

• Your own reliable transportation to get to and from work
• Super comfortable working with and learning reservation software systems
• Have excellent customer service skills
• Schedule requires you to be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and most holidays.
• You must be 21 years or older.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, stand on feet and walk around for shift.
