The Position:

We are looking for a motivated, dependable and detailed-orientated individual with good computer skills, who can multi-task and demonstrates a guest-focused attitude while responding quickly to guest needs. Ability to handle stressful situations in a compassionate manner and a pleasant phone demeanour are valued skills. The Front Desk attendant is responsible for:

• Creating a positive workplace for guests and staff members
• Greeting guests
• Answering all phone calls in a polite and professional manner using prescribed methodology
• Checking guests into and out of the hotel
• Money handling and auditing
• Office duties such as faxing, copying, printing, and internet research
• Keeping the lobby and front desk areas clean
