Guest Service Representative
Job description
We are looking for a fun, and friendly person to round out our amazing welcoming committee at the Front Desk. Offering flexible work schedules, stable employment, and growth for those interested in getting their foot in the door.
This is for a majority of the 3-11pm shift. Compensation includes a $15 per hour base wage plus tips. All hourly employees that join receive a $200 sign on bonus after working only 14 days and additional $200 when you reach your 90 days! Additional tips as well as part of the compensation.

This position maximizes revenue and creates value by providing excellent customer service. This includes effective reservation sales, handling all guest accounts efficiently and accurately, and assisting in all phases of guest experience such as check-in, check-out, and problem resolution. Additionally, this position oversees the bar which is attached to our front desk and brings in additional tip income. This is a great resume builder!
Skills Required:
Provide high-level customer service, communicate effectively with guests and team members, follow instructions, ability to learn quickly, pay attention to detail, and maintain composure when working under pressure; demonstrates very good phone skills.
Experience / Education:
Prior customer service experience is preferred; high school diploma and/or equivalent work experience preferred, but not required.
