CRLab is an Italian-based Trichology and hair replacement brand. We have researched and developed hair loss solutions at the University of Bologna, Italy since 1968. Our private factory and laboratory allow us complete quality control over our products and treatments. After years of global expansion, our first ever US-based CRLab center has come to Laguna Hills, CA!

Our dynamic team is passionate about continued education in our industry. We not only offer CRLab services, but we are also a training center, providing ongoing CRLAB education to our salon partners.

This is not a traditional stylist role. At CRLab, we don’t just offer great salon services, but we have the opportunity each day to help service those experiencing hair loss. REQUIREMENTS & PREFERENCES:

• Valid California State Cosmetology License
• Full time position, flexible hours (40-hour work week). Closed Sundays and Mondays
• Positive, self-driven, ambitious attitude. Prioritizing a great client experience for each guest
• Be a team player, goal-oriented and focused
• Work experience as a hairstylist, colorist, hair replacement specialist preferred, but not required
• Proficient in client consultations, hair color, cutting and styling of all lengths preferred
• No prior hair replacement experience necessary
• Confident in client consultations, recommending different treatments and their benefits
• Servicing clients, both existing and new
• Paid onboarding education and hands-on training for all CRLab protocols, services, and products
• Hands-on apprenticing with lead stylist while learning new services and treatments
• Managing client bookings and servicing walk-in clients
• Maintain clean and tidy workspace, follow state sanitation requirements, clean and sterilize tools, as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
