Vesta Realty Group is a real estate investment firm. For this position we are looking for an experienced handyman

SPECIAL CONSIDERATION FOR CANDIDATES WITH HVAC, PLUMBING, OR ELECTRICAL LICENSES + THOSE WITH ROOFING EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with owners of firm to rehabilitate, renovate, and maintain investment properties
• Projects may include Installing drywall, HVAC repair, repairing doors, painting, installing appliances, setting cabinets and countertops, installing lighting and cameras, roofing, landscaping, general handyman tasks, minor plumbing, and minor electrical work

Your Qualifications and Skills:

• 5yr+ experience in handyman work
• Ability to do project independently
• Excellent with common power and hand tools
• Strong advocate for best practices for renovations to ensure longevity of the repairs
• Strong interest in real estate business
• Ability to travel to or stay at project site in Gulfport, MS
• Ability to work and learn quickly and independently
• Efficient and able to produce significant output with minimal wasted effort
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Self-starter with good time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
