Hagaman USA LLC is a small business in Whiting, NJ. We are looking for a Handyman/Landscaper to maintain our building and property here in Whiting NJ as well as two other properties in Toms River. Must be wiilling to travel short distances to South New Jersey.
A Handyman is generally responsible for electrical, mechanical and plumbing related repairs. Landscaping should be maintained regularly to ensure the exterior areas are estetically kept in good condition. Some common duties performed by a Handyman: Perform electrical repairs in community areas, Ensure mechanical equipment is in working order and repaired as necessary. Complete general building cleaning and maintenance. Install and replace flooring, stairs and piping as needed. Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs and other areas of the building. Maintain trash and recycling receptacles around the facility. Maintain/repair air conditioning and heating systems as required.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
