Job description
- This new and exciting role has opened due to the fast success of the painting department of a large hardware store in the Kildare area with over 45 years experience.
- You must have excellent customer services skills
- As the Paint Department Manager / Senior Advisor you will be tasked with additional and specialised duties that include giving color and paint product selection advice to domestic and trade customers
- Mixing paints per specification / Using relevant tools and machines
- Receiving product through goods in
- Overseeing the paint department requirements for all areas
- Training of junior personnel
- Advising management of best practice for branding and marketing of the services
- Attending networking / trade show opportunities to represent the business as the face of the paint department
- Fluent level of reading, writing and speaking English is mandatory
Hours of work are 5 / 6 days
No Sunday or Bank Holidays
The business closes Christmas Eve until after New Years Day
Flexi working hour pattern is up for discussion
