High Wire Distilling Co. is an independently owned, pioneering local distillery known for its Jimmy Red Bourbon, Hat Trick Gin, and other small batch spirits.

Are you looking for a refreshing change from the grind of a typical restaurant or bar? Our Tasting Room team members are the face of High Wire! While at times bartenders and cooks, we are also tour guides, retail sales people, and enthusiastic ambassadors of the brand. This is a full-time position with ample opportunities for growth.

Specific Duties:

• Oversee the batching program to ensure efficient service during day-to-day operations and events
• Maintain accurate inventories behind the bar and with retail items
• Assist with ordering ingredients and costing new menu items
• Organize the bar area, restock retail merchandise, prepare for guests, and maintain a clean workspace and welcoming environment
• Cross-sell spirits and merchandise to customers, making recommendations as needed
• Execute administrative tasks as needed

Tasting Room hours are currently 10am-6pm, Monday through Saturday, with extended weekend hours on the horizon. We recently expanded our offerings to include beer, wine, and bar snacks, so restaurant/kitchen experience is a plus.
