Our client is currently looking for a talented Head Chef to join their new vibrant multiple food concept in South Dublin. The ideal candidate will be a Head Chef with an excellent working knowledge of Asian and European cuisine. Attention to detail is very important in this role alongside extremely good presentation skills.
This role will suit a creative individual with a huge interest in world cuisines. Working predominantly day shift, 5/7 days, there will be some evening requirements but no late nights!

Essential;

· Minimum 2 years previous experience as Head Chef in both fine dining and volume catering.

· Minimum level 3 HACCP, and previous experience in training and implementing food safety controls.

· Previous experience in attaining GP targets, costings and maintaining margins.

· Ability to motivate and train kitchen staff to a very high standard, with efficient work processes and timely production of all menu items.
Willingness to work with a management team and to implement new menu ideas on a constant basis.
