Here at M Recruitment we have an exciting oppurtunity for Head of Event Delivery ,

To deliver on Client requirements for Selected Events to the highest standard, ensuring an efficient and professional service and exceeding Client expectations. A flexible approach is required as role may involve evening and weekend work.

Key responsibilities will include :

Oversee the planning and promotion of all small and large scale events across the Campus

Manage the Event Operations team, to include Event Administration, Event Management and Event Delivery Operatives.

Manage and monitor the overall coordination of event projects ensuring goals and objectives are met within agreed time frames, taking into consideration scope and resource requirements

Develop detailed project plans and manage all implementation processes in line with budget constraints

Liaise on a regular basis with external third-party suppliers and internal stakeholders with a view to maintaining and improving service standards

Regularly communicate to senior management regarding the status of specific project deliverables

Establish expectations, monitor progress, and provide guidance and support to Events team

Overseeing the execution of event build ups, event days and loading out of events to ensure the safe operation and smooth running for clients, exhibitors and visitors

Link in with the relevant departments where necessary to set and manage client expectations

Contacting Client post event for feedback, updating the Director and Client Event meeting where appropriate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to €85,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dublin City Centre, CO. Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

• Senior operations/Event Management: 3 years (preferred)
