Rosco Vision Systems is seeking a Head of Operations to lead and supervise our SaaS business. This individual will be in charge of designing & implementing business strategies and managing all day-to-day operations to guarantee company efficiency. The ideal candidate should be an opportunist, self-motivated, detail oriented, organized, capable of multi-tasking, works well with others and has a positive attitude. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

• Establishing the business goals and objectives
• Engaging and collaborating with Marketing and Finance Department
• Training new employees
• Designing business strategies and plans to meet the business goals
• Designing and implement procedures to improve profitability
• Making sure that the company has sufficient resources such as personnel, material, and equipment
• Ensuring all company activities adhere to legal guidelines and policies
• Organizing and coordinating operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
• Supporting customer-facing operations, including sales, marketing
• Experience with Epicore ERP is a plus
• Producing accurate financial reports and information
• Assessing overall business performance
• Managing customer relations team
• Resolving employee and client issues

BUSINESS MANAGEMENT QUALIFICATION/SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science or Engineering or related field. STEM field, a plus
• 2+ years of experience in a management position
• Sound judgment and decision-making skills with an eye on operational excellence at all times
• Business work experience in SaaS
• 2-3 years Supervisory experience
• Outstanding leadership skills.
• Experience working with technical departments, such as engineering or tech support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working alone or with staff to conduct plans for a budget, business process analysis, and market segmentation.
• Demonstrable analytical thinking and business insight.
• A leader and problem solver with a collaborative spirit and demonstrable business expertise
• Proven experience as business manager or relevant role
• Demonstrable analytical thinking and business insight
• Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
