Head of Sales and Business Development

Cadent Sourcing have partnered with an award-winning family-owned Irish business who specialise in creating practical baby products to help you care for your child.

They are looking for a new Head of Sales and Business Development to join them as a key member of the leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify new business development opportunities.
• Develop strategic relationships with existing customers to bring additional volume and profitability alongside developing new business in key markets.
• Create and manage KPI’s and deliver weekly and monthly reporting to the sales teams providing key business insights
• Provide day-to-day, operational, and strategic leadership to the Sales team.
• Coach, lead, develop and motivate the team, ensure good cross over of transferrable skills that will be required for the future.
• Utilise (appropriate) KPI’s to monitor overall performance excellence while identifying those areas of performance requiring increased support and guidance.

Requirements

• Previous experience of leading sales professionals, setting sales strategies and hands-on client relationship management, ideally within a FMCG environment along with international experience.
• A track record of achieving your targets and driving growth.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication capability with ability to influence and connect with a wide variety of stakeholders.

Salary: €60,000.00-€70,000.00 per year
