Our Ethos is based on respecting resident’s privacy and dignity whilst striving to preserve their independence. At Beechtree we accommodate both short- term stay for respite/convalescence and long-term care.

Key areas of responsibility
Assist Nursing Staff in a range of care duties for residents.
Ensure care given is resident focussed.
Ensure a high standard of care is maintained.
Ensure privacy & dignity of resident is maintained.
To establish and Maintain relationships with residents based on respect and equality and also promote resident’s independence.
Assist other staff in maintaining a clean, safe environment.
Maintain confidentiality of information.
Report to Nurse any concerns regarding the residents.
Record information relating to resident care as required.
Participate in in-service training & education.
What you should have
Qualifications and skills required
Must have genuine interest in Care of the Elderly
Experience preferable but not essential as training provided
Must demonstrate willingness to take part in training and advance professional knowledge
Excellent English and communication skills
Willing to work as part of a team
Must have own transport - whilst we are located close to Dublin we are not on a public transport route
