We are seeking to recruit talented and dedicated qualified Healthcare Assistants.
We are inviting applications for the role of Agency Healthcare Assistant and Carers/HCA for home care services.
The role will assist in delivering a high standard of person-centered care to our Clients( home Care) or residents (nursing Homes- Agency HCA), promoting their independence, affording them choice, and ensuring their dignity is maintained at all times.
The role requires good communication skills and the ability to work well independently, or as part of a team, with a pleasant respectful manner, and a desire to enhance the lives of our Clients ( in their own homes) or residents and maintain a positive environment

Requirements:
- To apply for this position, you should have completed the full QQI level 5 award - or have at least 3 modules Completed.
- You must have your own Car and a Clean driving license( Irish).
- Up to date People Moving & Handling Certificate & First Aid Certificate or Booked in to complete.
- Hand Hygiene for Clinical Staff or Infection Prevention & Control Certificate
- An ability to demonstrate flexibility and reliability
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- All relevant experience will be considered

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Limerick, County Limerick: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Healthcare: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
- QQI Level 5 in Healthcare (preferred)
- QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support (preferred)
