Lincoln Healthcare are currently recruiting Healthcare Assistants in Limerick. This is an agency work opportunity for an Ireland-based HCA with full QQI level 5 in Healthcare or equivalent qualification, 6 months paid experience up to date training and a good level or written and spoken English.
Main Purpose of Job
· To work cooperatively with the permanent and agency staff to provide high quality care to the patients.
· To promote a caring environment for patients and assist them in their physical, emotional, social, and intellectual needs.
· To communicate with patients and ensure they are comfortable at all times and all their needs are met.
Qualifications Required
· QQI Level 5 qualification equivalent in a relevant healthcare discipline or be working towards one.
· 6 months paid working experience in a healthcare setting.
· Proof of immunity for Hepatitis B, MMR and Varicella
CPR, Infection Control, Manual Handling, Fire Safety, Safeguarding for Vulnerable Adults and Children First Training Certificates (Must be up to date)
