Bachelor’s degree and three years of experience in the coordination of administrative, financial, human resources, operations or other related program activities; OR an Associate’s degree and four years of such experience; OR a high school diploma or equivalent and six years of such experience. A Master’s degree may substitute for one year of experience

Demonstrated experience preparing and monitoring grant and contract budgets. Demonstrated experience creating and using databases. Skilled at development, report creation, manipulation and maintenance of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. Demonstrated experience supervising para-professional and/or support staff. Familiarity with preparation of purchase requests, bid solicitations, requests for travel approval, contracts and grant applications.
Responsibilities :
The Health Program Administrator I will be responsible for the coordination and management of grants and contracts across the Bureau of Health Equity and Community Engagement. They will monitor and track grants, contracts, procurements, budgets and vouchers. They will develop templates and documents to ensure appropriate allocation and expenditure of funds in support of program goals, and develop guidance, provide training and technical assistance to Contractors.
In addition, this position will supervise our Senior Contract Coordinator and our Fiscal team.
