Role Overview
- Provide administrational support for the QSHE Department working with the Health & Safety Advisor to support the QSHE management systems. Risk Management ensuring compliance, best practice and management control with robust processes and auditable systems for effective and efficient operations.
- Hours are 0900 - 1730
- Hybrid working role
What will you be doing?
Support the business during external audits – customer and ISO standards- Organise first aid and fire warden training with the current approved supplier when requested
- Maintain the QSHE Inbox
- Collate monthly reporting statistics for the QSHE Committee meeting
- Prepare slides, write minutes and issue subsequent action plans for the monthly QSHE committee meetings
