Position: Health Services Manager
Join our team as our Health Services Manager and make a lasting impact on the lives of at-risk youth. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team, providing high-quality, innovative, and trauma-informed healthcare practices to the youth under our care. Your presence and guidance will shape their future, bringing hope, healing, and the necessary support for them to overcome obstacles and thrive.
As the Health Services Manager, you will oversee staffing, ensure compliance with regulations, and conduct record reviews and audits. But this role goes beyond administrative responsibilities. You will be a beacon of support and a source of strength for these vulnerable youth. By building meaningful relationships with their families and collaborating with other departments, you will create a nurturing environment that fosters growth and resilience. Pay and benefits

• 105 hours of paid time off your first year, not including an additional 13 agency holidays.

• $36.00 - $37.82/hr for your first year. Additional raises guaranteed.

• Monday - Friday, daytime schedule, with some on-call required.

Minimum Education and/or Professional Qualifications/Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or health related field(required)

• Current Registered Nurse (required)

• Two years experience in health service administration(required)
• Previous experience in voluntary childcare agency helpful
