JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops trusting relationships with patients, patient families, and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals
- Manages the private duty nursing schedules
- Negotiates compensation and schedules for private duty nurses
- Consults with the Healthcare Liaison team to provide solutions to scheduling problems
- Provides on-call coverage for after-hours emergency scheduling
- Coordinates with an inner disciplinary team to resolve ongoing issues
- Maintains professional conduct
- Complies with agency, state, federal, and CHAP policies and procedures
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- College or relevant healthcare experience
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills
- Ability to be creative, organized, and compassionate
- Punctual, reliable, and adapts well to change within a growing company
- Functional proficiency with software including Microsoft Office Suite and KanTime
