JOB SUMMARY

The Business Office Manager coordinates and performs business office and collections functions under the direction of the Administrator. Some of the job responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for accounts payable/receivable and billing procedures within the facility.
  • Responsible for assisting with human resources under the direction of the administrator
  • Ensure excellent communication among residents and families.
  • Maintain financial records.
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects.
  • Respect others by treating them the way we want to be treated.
  • Demonstrate kindness, compassion, honesty, and integrity at all times.
  • Help create a culture of superior customer service.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Accounts Payable Experience
  • Human Resource Leadership/management experience
  • Ability to commute or relocate to Brigham City, Utah
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Business Office experience required
  • Long-term care facility/healthcare experience preferred
  • Successful criminal background check

Pay: $42,450.85 - $80,000.00 per year
