Role:

• Supports members of, and works collaboratively with front-line service operation leads, clinical leads and managers in ensuring projects are delivered successfully.
• Independently manages and implements specific projects and ensures project teams are performing at their best.
• Supports Programme Manager to implement project and programme plan reporting, as well as ensuring communications and coordination of workshops and user groups are organised and managed in a structured way

Responsibilities:

• Manage specific cross-business projects under the clients strategic transformation programme in a standardised manner in line with the overall strategic transformation programme and under the PMO methodology
• Raise risks, issues, dependencies, and conflicts and propose solutions
• Support business leads in the development of Business Cases and other project documentation
• Coordinate and administer project and programme steering meetings as required.
• Ensure Service design methodology is followed and track progress against the same
• Lead and motivate project team members to deliver on tasks
• Plan and coordinate project team meetings, user groups, and other meetings
• Produce superior-quality project plans and reports to reflect the progress of the project
• Support Programme Managers in implementing best-in-class programmatic, planning, and reporting methodologies to ensure projects are managed in a standardised way
• Build strong relationships to enable the delivery of goals
• Provide best-in-class business analyst acumen to project team

Experience required:

• Minimum 3 years’ project management experience in a health-related setting
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects and leading teams
• Demonstrated strong business analysis, workflow, and processing mapping skills and expertise
• Experience working in a programmatic setting
• Demonstrated experience in a clinical setting with service implementation experience desirable
• Experience implementing cross-business policies is desirable.
• Strong IT skills and ability to work with IT systems
