Our Healthcare Staffing Coordinators (HSC) are professional and focused on recruiting field staff, guiding them through our onboarding process, scheduling them at our client facilities, following compliance regulations, managing a large and diverse team and providing Next-Level client support. They do this with a bias toward being PROACTIVE and with the energy of our full team behind them!

Responsibilities

You will cross-train on multiple internal roles, including:

  • Recruiting: identifying, qualifying, interviewing and provisionally hiring potential candidates.
  • Onboarding: working directly with newly hired candidates to guide them through our onboarding process through high-volume calling, texting and email to drive new hires to complete tasks and scheduling them for orientation in our office.
  • Scheduling: Learn and assist with scheduling by working with clients to fill their staffing needs and take part in an on-call rotation for after-hours/weekend requests.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience in recruiting, qualifying and evaluating candidates and scheduling; prior experience in healthcare and/or healthcare staffing highly preferred!
  • Self-Motivation to accomplish your training & onboarding goals.
  • High attention to detail, follow up and strong sense of urgency in completing tasks.
  • Great interpersonal skills, as you'll be interacting with clients and candidates daily.
  • Must be a fast-paced individual that is able work on several positions and tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to take part in an on-call rotation with the office that handles after hours and weekend requests.
  • High Proficiency with MS Office, especially Outlook, able to navigate multiple online tools and comfortable utilizing mobile apps

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
