We are seeking an experienced Remote Healthcare Staffing Compliance Specialist to support our team of recruiters in ensuring a seamless and compliant onboarding process for our nurses.
As a Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the compliance process for our nursing professionals, specifically for our MSP clients such as AMN, Rightsourcing, and Management Solutions. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in healthcare staffing and be familiar with VMS platforms such as Shiftwise, Stafferlink, and Medefis.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with recruiters to collect, review, and verify required documentation for healthcare professionals
Ensure timely and accurate completion of all necessary credentialing, background checks, and screenings
Maintain knowledge of current MSP client requirements and stay updated on any changes in compliance standards
Track and monitor the progress of candidate compliance throughout the onboarding process
Work closely with recruiters and healthcare professionals to address any compliance-related issues or concerns
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of compliance documentation in our internal systems
Provide excellent customer service and support to both internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare staffing compliance, specifically with MSP clients such as AMN, Rightsourcing, and Management Solutions
Proficiency with VMS platforms, including Shiftwise, Stafferlink, and Medefis
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
A strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
