Position Description: The Help Desk I provides support, implementation, and operation of all components of technology services including personal computers, laptop computers and associated peripherals.
Minimum/General Experience: 2 years of information technology or directly relevant industry experience
Minimum Education: High school education

- Experience with development of project deliverables

- Experience completing and reviewing system documentation
- Above average experience with Microsoft Office products
- Above average experience with Tableau
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Above average analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to multitask and support multiple projects as needed
Security: Ability to obtain/maintain a Federal Civilian Public Trust
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident that has lived in the United States for at least 3 years

Tasks/activities include, but are not limited to:
- Supports teams providing all components of technology services including, but not limited to advise, implement, and operate services of people, process, and technology
- Provides assistance on completing work plan activities, analyzes relevant data and information, and institutes and supports business solutions
- Provides analytical and program support
- Assists with the completion of engagement tasks within the project scope and budget, while meeting deliverable requirements
- Conducts relevant research and distills data
- Assists with creating reports
- Manages analysis plans
- Engages consulting tools and methodologies to meet project objectives and complete program management activities
- Provides assistance for quality assurance practices and fostering completion and accuracy of system documentation
