Job description
  • Shift 8am to 5pm EST, Candidate will need to be flexible and they will be working on the weekends. They will be schedule to work a weekend.
  • Candidate will need at least 3 years of experience on a helpdesk environment
  • Will need to have strong writing, soft skills and able to follow documentation and direction from Supervisor.

Strong knowledge of active directory

Strong knowledge of Windows 10Understands how to troubleshoot VPN or any remote connection

Understands Basic Networking, how to handled phishing and spam emails.

Knowledge and understanding of Office 365, especially Outlook and how to troubleshoot email issues.

Need someone who is self sufficient and not afraid to take on any challenges weather they know the issue or not.

  • This is a 6 month + contract only account and a remote position

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $15.01 - $20.00 per hour

  • Day shift
  • Weekend availability
