High School Math and Science Teacher

The Academy is seeking an experienced High School Math and Science Teacher for the 2023-24 school year.

Located on 40 wooded acres in the Heartland of Florida. We are situated two hours south of Orlando and an hour and a half from both the East and West coast beaches of Florida.

Our teachers are supported through mentorship and ongoing professional development.

Math: The successful candidate will have years of success in teaching High School Math from Algebra through Calculus and a love for working with adolescents.

Science: The specific teaching load will depend on expertise and interest but could include Human Anatomy and Physiology, Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry and Physics. This person must be interested and willing to learn Waldorf pedagogy, work collaboratively with colleagues, and engage with the full operation of high school and student life.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
