Do you want to be a valued member of a team who plays a critical administrative role in providing excellent care to patients in a Medical Records setting? If so, consider joining our team as an HIM Analyst. Responsible for reviewing the medical record for completeness, timeliness, and accuracy against the requirements of regulatory bodies, upon patient discharge. Identify whether all required documentation is present and that all entries have been authenticated before the record is filed as complete. Assign identified deficiencies to the responsible provider(s) for timely complete. High School Diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year experience an an office environment required, previous experience in medical record analysis or an HIM department required.
